    ATTORNEY AT LAW

    Will Gieske is a seasoned attorney, known for his dedication to justice and legal expertise. Growing up on a small cattle farm in Loretto, Tennessee, Will learned the value of hard work, integrity, and perseverance at a young age. Will received his undergraduate degree in business from the University of North Alabama before pursuing his passion for law at Cumberland School of Law.

    After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Will embarked on a career dedicated to serving his community. He sharpened his trial skills as an Assistant District Attorney in Lauderdale County, Alabama where he served diligently for five years. Armed with invaluable experience, Will took the next stride in his legal journey by establishing his own law practice in Florence, Alabama where he continues to serve his community by providing diligent representation and unwavering advocacy for his clients.

    Beyond the courtroom, Will finds solace and joy in spending time with his beloved family. Will shares his life with his wife, Katie, and their two sons, Grayson and Graham. Actively engaged in their community, the Gieske family are proud members of the Center Star First Baptist Church.

    LEGAL ASSISTANT

    Danielle Kelley serves as the Legal Assistant at William L. Gieske, P.C., where she provides vital support in case preparation, document management, scheduling coordination, and daily office operations. Holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, Danielle brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client service to her role. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence help ensure the firm operates efficiently while providing clients with a positive and responsive experience.

    A lifelong resident of the Shoals, Danielle proudly calls the community home with her husband, Daniel, and their two children, Weston and Lena. She enjoys spending time with her family and values the opportunity to serve clients in the community she has always called home.
